hello, I bought 2 Pop toss from your site, it says 10 year lifetime warranty I can confirm that the machine always breaks in the same place (piece) plastic break, small sleeve about 3 inches, I’m talking about of the part that long tube ships on top. this one after 1 year or 2 breaks, so each time I have to order a new base which is almost the total price of the machine?? I have sent you several clients. Thank you, and have a good day.
